We’ve got it all:

  • 50 person sauna made from Western red cedar. Temperatures range from 60ºC to 100ºC.

  • Two person cold plunge tubs that range from 0ºC to 4ºC

  • Guides trained in the art and science of sauna therapy, ice baths and breathwork to support you on your journey.

  • Sit around an indoor fireplace in our tea lounge and enjoy complimentary brews.

  • ✓ Free lockers available to store while you sweat
